Belen Yudess (Scripps 2025)
I am from Lakewood, CA and will hopefully be majoring in English with an emphasis in creative writing with a possible minor in Spanish. My favorite parts about being a writer for The Scripps Voice has been the opportunity to co-write with other fantastic people and the chance to interview so many impressive and genuine members of the Scripps and 5C community! This year, I have had the pleasure of covering a wide array of topics and writing some ridiculously corny puns. I am a member of Casual Swim Club, the LASPA Fellowship, the CMS game management staff and the CMS track and field team. I am also an avid reader of Benjamin Alire Saenz novels, a Gilmore Girls/Glee fan, a Ricky Montgomery listener and a Blobfish enthusiast!
